Three photographs from Fragments, 1986

These 12 images are fragments of time, frozen in a share house, circa 1986, from the inner city suburb of Chippendale. There are three sets of four photographs, each set representing the rooms of my flatmates. It was a very intimate portrait of their lives, who they were when no-one was watching.

What I loved most about my time at Nepean was the explosion of creativity and cross pollination with the performing arts faculty. I was fortunate to be able to work on a collaboration with AFTRS on a film Clutch being produced nearby, enhancing and creatively expanding my university experience.

It was a time of enduring friendships, unlimited potential, loads of laughter, intense conversation and being challenged intellectually. I loved and embraced every single minute.
