Andrew Gadow has utilised formally significant, but now considered redundant, analogous video and audio technologies to create a somewhat synaesthetic experience.  With a direct correlation between vision and sound, video signals created from a Fairlight CVI Video Synthesiser are directly ported to audio. As visual representations of a video signal alter, the audio representation directly follows as modulated buzz sound. Within the second part, the artist has taken a similar, however opposing approach. Audio signals created within a Moog Modular Audio Synthesiser are once again directly ported into a video signal, creating a visual representation of a simple audio signal.
